Mike D. Song, CPA
Mike is a Certified Public Accountant with over thirty years of experience in public accounting. Mike has extensive experience with attestation services in execution and delivery of compiled, reviewed and audited financial statements.
Mike has bookkeeping experience to assure quality client service to closely-held companies in various industries including hospitality, manufacturing, distribution, and service sectors.
Mike has experience in preparation of individual, partnership, S-corporation, C-corporation, trust and exempt organization tax returns.
Mike also has experience in private industry. As the director of operations of a dental supply company, Mike was responsible for the day to day operations and oversaw accounting, finance, procurement, customer service, and shipping/receiving departments.
Mike’s previous experience includes Audit & Accounting Partner for local Irvine and Artesia CPA firms along with management positions with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Grant Thornton and RSM in Los Angeles.
Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
